SSRs: Analogue Input (4 - 20mA/0 - 10V), Gefran GTT
More Information
Gefran GTT Power Solid State Relays
The compact GTT series of solid state relays with heatsink has been designed for very accurate control of rapidly changing process variables.
Typical applications are heating systems with low thermal inertia (air heaters, medium wave infrared emitters…). In contrast to conventional solid state relays which are activated by a logic signal, the GTT series is activated by an analog signal (0-10V or (0)4-20mA).
This results in a dynamically optimized time cycle which reduces the thermal flicker caused by pulsing of conventional SSRs.

Solid State Relays
The GTT can be used in three-phase systems, using master-slave control architecture in which the control signal drives only one GTT (master) which then supplies the synchronizing signal to the other two units (slaves).
Whether a unit operates as master or slave depends merely on the way it is connected. A 24Vac 1.5VA power source is required. GTT consist of a DIN-rail mounting heatsink and a replaceable solid state relay (GT).
GTT Power SSRs complete with heatsinks
GT Solidstate relays without heatsinks (replacement part for GTT)
Note: current rated at 40°C working temperature. Refer to derating curves for higher temperatures
Three-phase star connection with neutral, optional monitoring of interrupted load
